The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party tracking scripts. The only personal information we receive from this site is what you type into the evaluation request form and send on purpose.

What the form collects

When you request an evaluation, you send us four things:

• Your name
• Your organization's name
• Your work email address
• Your organization type (K-12 district, higher education, hospital, clinic, managed service provider, or other)

We use it to send your download link and evaluation licence key, and to understand who Bastion is for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who else touches it

The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers the submission to our inbox. They process it on our behalf under their own privacy policy. That is the only third party involved in this website.

This page is not the product

This policy covers bastionedr.com only. What the Bastion agent collects on your endpoints, and how that data is handled, is governed by your agreement with us rather than by this page. Ask through the evaluation form and we will send the current terms.

Getting your data removed

Email [email protected] and ask. We will delete your request and confirm when it is done. You do not have to explain why, and it will not affect an evaluation in progress.

Changes

If we start collecting anything else — analytics included — this page changes before that ships, and the date at the top moves.
